Capsule Polishing Machine consists of stainless steel chambers installed with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector. The capsules travel from one end to another end. During this travel, they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. In this course, the powder on the capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust extractor. The Capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, shiny & clean. Capsule Polisher is widely used in Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Line and Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Line.

Construction

Made of SS304 confirming to GMP Norms. The Machine has one central cleaning chamber made of SS perforated sheet thus eliminating the need for cloth. The chamber consists of a cleaning brush that is mounted on a bearing and the speed is controlled through a Variable Frequency Drive for optimum cleaning results. The machine is very easy to clean and maintain. The machine can be a standalone polisher or can be attached to a sorting unit.

Vibroscreens are designed on the principle of gyratory motion generated by double eccentric weight mounted on two ends of the shaft of vertically mounted specially designed vibratory motor. The screening assembly consisting of one or more set of Deck/screens is mounted on a set of annularly located springs, effectively isolating the base from vibrating assembly.

The double weight moving with the shafts and located at relative angular position produces three dimensional vibrations which in turn cause the material filling on the screen mesh move at a specific speed in straight to spiral direction giving controlled and effective screening.
